Balancing is an art and an essential quality, for all human beings. Nature strives for balance and every object of nature thrives when remains in balance. And, while we all wish to always be in balance, it doesn’t always come naturally. Although what comes naturally is the desire to keep looking for the right balance overall. Our intuitions and emotions are the tools that allow us to constantly seek that balance and stay on track when enough attention is paid to them.A phase of extreme pressure requires a deep release to bring back the balance. A trauma requires that we take plenty of time and allow it to heal. All types of change (traumatic or not) can create a significant churn in our emotions. This churning, can be exhausting and can create a lot of energy. Channeling those energies creatively and positively is the balancing act. These energies when not released for long, get trapped in parts of our physical body as well as the energy body. Yoga is one proven method for channeling those energies.
